The staff members are very, very nice, and my manicurist was lovely (as were my nails). However, I had to wait 20 minutes after the agreed upon start time. Had I been the one who showed up 20 minutes late to the appointment, they probably wouldn’t have kept my slot. Yet, when they are the ones who were late, the manager offered no apology.

The beautician was really really good. However, the rooms downstairs are very cramped. Upstairs the nail salon was extremely busy with perhaps 6-7 customers in a small space. The service is great but the ambience lacks the luxury feel.
