Arrived for a wash and cut, received wash and blow dry only. When it became apparent I was not receiving what I booked I was asked if I still wanted a cut, but was told it would ruin the curls when I said yes. I asked if I can come back for the cut I booked on another day, I was told 'it is fine, they are the same price, so we don't need to charge for the blow dry.' and was left to leave - another misunderstanding. I was expecting to be offered either a partial refund or a haircut as an apology, received a nonchalant 'sorry' instead. Simple misunderstanding, not dealt with in the right way. The curls are lovely though! Sadly not what I booked.
Always a great wax and Niko is quick and pain free. Keep going
