After reading the (mostly positive) reviews, I finally decided to book a facial here as my usual salon was fully booked. I was instantly seen to and didn't have to wait, which is a plus as some salons will leave you waiting for 15-20 min sometimes. The room itself was very bright and the spot lights were a bit harsh on the eyes when lying down. She went through the different steps before starting, which was nice! The duration of the facial was satisfactory, however the music was so low that I could consistently hear and feel the beautician breathing on my face which I found very distracting and slightly uncomfortable. When leaving the room, while I had the mask on, no lights were dimmed/music put on. The steaming, extraction, mask and massage was alright - nothing amazing but also not horrible. All in all it was an OK experience.
