Bad cut - hairdresser barely spoke to me to ask what I wanted. Almost burned my scalp with the hairdryer. Booked last minute as was in a jam but wouldn't go again.

Reasonable manicure which lasted 2 weeks before chipping, but took a long time and cut cuticles down so much that it hurt
