Nice staff, as always, and very organised I never have to wait for my appointment. Overall the wax was good and fairly painless but there were parts where the hair broke and wasn't as smooth a finish I would have liked. But overall it was good and I would return

My stylist, Clau, didn't seem to speak much English and at one point her colleague / manager came over the translate what she was asking me and my replies. I asked for my highlights to be darker than my previous ones, as I thought the roots were too dark, and then had to ask for her to be called back as they had been left on so long. She also started them at least a cm away from my head, so they don't look just done and I will need to go again very soon. The haircut was fine, but very quick and not very thorough.
I tried to complain at the time about how far down my head the highlights started, but she just smiled and shrugged at me - either didn't care or didn't understand.
