Shocked. Face covered in scabs from extraction and the reaction was defensive and aggressive. I can’t even leave my house because I have cuts all over my face (not a skin reaction but actual scabs from Nico stabbing my skin) and when I sent photos and evidence I was told it is ‘normal’ and no apology at all. DO NOT GO HERE
