I was a little early by they were ready for me immediately anyway. They jumped at every chance to help me with my coat and were very quick with everything they did. Betty made sure to explain to me everything she was doing throughout the cut and how it served to achieve my request, always double checking with me before taking off any serious length, which I appreciated since I am very attached to maintaining length in spite of needing shaping and trimming. Pleased and would go back!
