Excellent result, loved my mani! Wax was also good, although the lady had a bit of a difficulty to understand what I asked for. A bad thing that I see in many beauty places and spas is that ladies do not speak in English in front of clients in cases that they clearly talk about clients. That makes the client feel uncomfortable and weird. Also, everyone that was working there seemed to be in a bad mood? Like they were very annoyed they were working on a Saturday and like they were super tired - which is understandable, but it's their job! Clients don't have to feel bad for making them work! Other than that, I would visit again because I live next door and I liked my nails!
