This salon is the best kept secret in London.
I go very regularly to many salons in London the energy this place has is magical. I had the best through pedicure ever by kudruss
My hair was just straightened by Tamara who did it properly. Without rushing it and she is such a sweetheart and the manager I believe her name is Adinas seemed robotic at first and I was really upset I couldn’t get my full hair done as I booked because I was late.....she still did her best to accommodate me and listened to my issues and she seemed very passionate about her salon.
All the customers there were happy and from experience all looked like they cane regularly. I saw one woman getting her hair and nails done at the same time and another getting her pedicure and manicure at the same time. You can see that they all work as a team. I didn’t feel any individualism and cooperate bull like in Toni and guy.
As I’m a disabled customer I did wish there was more attention. I wasn’t offered any tea even though other customers did and as much I love I still felt left out from pamper club but maybe because I’m

Salon is very clean! Came a bit earlier to my appointment in the morning and the staff was cleaning the place to spotless! Amazing! My waxing was great, my therapist is very friendly and quick!
