I hadn’t had any problem before my last appoiment for hair laser removal. I called to book an appoiment for my last session, which was Hollywood and under arm. When I arrived there they told that I have booked for wax and that there was not anyone who could do laser for me. I replied, I couldn’t have booked for wax if I’ve been having laser treatment with you for more than a year.
After discussing this with the girl who took the appoiment I told them that I live one hour away and that I wasn’t going to spend another 2 more hours of another day so If they pls can do it at the end of the all appoiments. The receptionist who was very kind tried to help me but manager didn’t. She came up telling me it was my mistake, that I have asked for waxing and now everyone has to run for me. Finally they did the last session very fast telling me that I was rude.
I mean ? How could I booked an appoiment for wax if I know about my laser treatment, I can’t have waxing ! Even more, when I called, they confirmed my name with the data base that they have on the computer which also says the last treatment they clients have!
0 respect an empathy at all, I was thinking to get the packet of 6 sessions again but after this of course not !
