It’s the second time I get this lady for a manicure and the manicure is super painful and she is a bit rude - and I had to re do my nail polish on the very same day as it was so poorly done. Waste of money on this occasion. Other staff members are usually good but this one is not and it’s super frustrating to pay 18 gbp to have nice nails and to have to do it all again 2 hours later.
