First what surprised me was how elegant the place looked. Then a young lady took my coat which I wasn't expecting at all. After telling the person in the cashier who I was, Betty, I believe, washed my hair and started the cut. She knew exactly what to do and what would look better in me but she always asked my opinion first and would make sure I agreed before cutting. I had a lovely time and I 100% recommend them.
