I was very disappointed with the over all experience from this treatment. Nothing whatsoever was explained to me about the process of the whole treatment. I have no idea what the therapist used/did on my skin. She didn’t ask me anything about my concerns or what my skin was like. Even though she was lovely there was no communication at all. This was very disappointing as I was hoping to get advice and maybe book a course if it was the right treatment for my skin. There was also lots of noise from the staff room while I was having my treatment which made it less enjoyable.

To be honest I booked for a blow dry without knowing what to expect. But MmBubbles have exceeded my expectations by all means. Lovely staff and again for the millionth time - Thank you Betty for making me look like the ultimate doll! I’ll be coming back hands down ♥️
