I was treated so poorly by the person who cut my hair - her name is Betty. I was undecided on the length: she was going to cut quite a lot off, so I told her to do less. Then I realised there needed to be a little more off. She flipped out and basically shouted at me "Just now I showed you - you said less!" Then after taking more length off, she showed it to me again, I reluctantly agreed after being screamed at. She then tried to be nice after. When it came to the fringe, I told her to cut it slightly and she shouted and said "Are you sure?!" When the customer is already doubtful in getting a haircut, hairdressers should be professional enough to provide a service instead of screaming at their clients. Would not recommend getting a haircut from Betty.
