The facial itself was good but the treatment bed was dirty - I commented on it to the beautician, who said that they change the towels on the bed at the start of each day so they get dirty as the day progresses. While she put down some tissue to cover it, it’s a bit off putting to see bits of old wax and hair on the bed before you life down! The ambience wasn’t very relaxing - really bright blinding overhead lights and loud music. Probably fine for most people, but not what I was expecting. The beautician however was very friendly and professional and the facial was good.

This salon is my go to for a number of treatments but the manicure today was so disappointing. I explained I had hard gel on my nails to be removed and the staff made me feel so uncomfortable by speaking to each other in another language about how inconvenient it is and making faces.. it was very strange usually the service is fantastic in there but sadly not today. The lady doing the manicure didn’t want to soak the old gel off and instead ended up filing it all down and filing my skin and real nail which was very painful. Hopefully just putting today down to an anomaly.

The worst ever salon, treatment and the ladies are so rude and impolite it’s shocking. They ruined my hair to the point that I booked a hair extensions treatment for tomorrow. Please do not go.

Betty was very approachable and checked in with me throughout the haircut to make sure I liked it. She knew what would be best for style of hair and made good recommendations. I am very satisfied.
