Will not return, from the moment I stepped into this salon I didnt have a positive experience. I was 10 minutes early and was greeted with a salon member explaining rudely that I was early and would have to wait 20minutes, I have no problem waiting I was early. When I sat in the chair the hairdresser picked up my hair and asked ugh is this bleached? My hair is very light blonde of course it is bleached, she the ran her fingers though my hair and scraped my forehead with her nail and did not apologise. Then we got to washing my hair she apologised that the hot water takes time, then waiting 10 seconds and began washing with cold water, I replied sorry the water is cold and she said well it feels warm on my hand...then we were brushing my hair post wash, my hair gets very knotted so she tugged and tugged and I could hear my hair snapping, then she catches my ear 3 times with her comb I politely say sorry its painful when you do that to my ear and she said well maybe if you keep your head still.. the whole experience was shocking the hairdresser and other staff spoke to each other throughout in a foreign language and ignored me which is very rude. I would not return to this salon or reccomend to anyone
