Its premises are quite bijou but the staff are friendly and welcoming, treatment carried out within the appointed time schedule so no hanging around. Overall a pleasant experience.

An excellent service provided in a clean, though very compact and certainly not glamorous, location. The staff were pleasant and efficient, and Varya (sp?) was exceptionally good - very thorough, and as pain-free as waxing is possible to be, I think. Left very little redness, which faded fast. Very good value.

Excellent salon. Was really impressed with the location, although I wasn't paying attention and walked past it the first time. It's so close to the station though.
Lovely inside, very clean and I was greeted warmly, with them taking my coat and showing me straight through. No waiting around!
The therapist worked quickly and the treatment was nowhere near as painful as I have had in many other salons, always a plus! There was little conversation but she was very friendly.
I do prefer to be left to get unchanged and changed again but as the treatment room door opened onto the salon I guess that wasn't possible!
