Second visit. Just as pleasing. Wax was a bit hot but it's not painful. Over quickly but very thorough job. Will be returning.

Really relaxing facial, she took time to carefully apply and remove the products and I felt she was really looking after my skin. The extractions were painful but I guess always necessary with a facial. Only area to improve on would be the ambience of the room - the room was quite small, bright white and the therapist did not leave the room to give me time to get ready.

The services were great. I would go back! The only downside is that the space is quite small and there were a lot of employees waiting around for appointments. It was a little awkward feeling.
