Water was cold told the staff member and was ignored, another staff member had to add hot water, wasn’t asked what shape I wanted just did a shape, left there and feet wasn’t feeling soft and was charged more than the price I was given when booking via treatwell, charged me £5 more and this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened, used to always use this nail shop now I think it’s time to try somewhere new as I think it’s all just rushed
