I've been a long-standing customer of MK Nails and think they're the best, but this is the third time a new technician has done my nails, and standards have slipped. It took over 2 hours, and the gel kept solidifying onto the skin around my nail. Filing this down, the technician cut my finger. I wish we could book with specific staff rather than being randomly assigned.

I got a shellac pedicure and manicure. My manicure has not even lasted a week and is peeling and now need to go and get removed. Pedicure was good but foot treatment left my feet feeling rough not smooth!
