Infill done in haste. Very thick nails and poorly filed. Was told to cancel appointment first time via Treatwell and pay at store. Refused and now booked again via Treatwell and got bad service so overall bad experience
The salon is clean and the treatments are consistently good, but this visit was frustrating. I booked a manicure and pedicure together to save time, yet they were done separately, stretching the appointment to two hours. After finishing my manicure, the foot bath that had been prepared for me was actually given to another client, which delayed my pedicure even further. The quality of the service was very good as always, but better scheduling + organisation are definitely needed.
In July I couldn’t have time to do my acrylic infill and shellac for a month. My nails were still beautiful, no chipping at all. Now i have fresh nails, I love them ♥️ Beautiful as always
