The guy who did my nails had an attitude the whole time and he kept talking to his colleagues in his home language and they kept looking at me making me really uncomfortable as I didn’t know what they were saying. Will not be going back customer service was disgraceful.

The staff were quite rude (I have been coming to this salon for years with no complaints) and tried to charge me more than i always pay. It felt very much like they were trying to overcharge and then were rude and dismissive when I pushed back
