My nail tech gave me great advice on achieving my desired look and, as always, I left really happy with the result. The only reason atmosphere didn’t get 5 stars was because another client came in midway through my appointment and behaved in a rude, entitled and unreasonable way, demanding service. It was uncomfortable to witness the hostility the client displayed but I was really impressed by how calmly and professionally my nail tech handled the situation.I hope tech is recognised/rewarded.
