Fantastic experience for eyebrow threading! My brows are naturally thin and patchy, but Mitra and her team are brilliant at eyebrow threading- they always listen to exactly what I want, and make my brows look thick nicely shaped! Highly recommend

I would have appreciated if I were given a heads up, from the beginning, that the style that I had picked and discussed with the manicurist would be considered nail art, and therefore be an extra charge. Instead, this wasn’t communicated and I was blindsided with the extra charge, in the middle of getting them done, which was misleading and soured the experience for me. The cat eye effect isn’t very visible either :(
