Had a Hollywood done there, I believe it could have been a lot better with the technique, plus it seemed like a lot of my hair had been cut from the surface rather than pulled out. However I have seen here that other people have had good experiences, so be aware but don't let it put you off, the lady is very sweet and friendly and makes you relax during hard times (if you now what I mean!! :))
