Misha was nice and friendly however thought I was someone else throughout the appointment (despite confirming my name and what treatment I wanted when I arrived). The wax during my Hollywood was painfully hot and I had to ask 3 times to cool it down. Misha struggled to remove the wax - very painful (in ten years of waxing was one of the most painful). My eyebrows were done very thin and not finished as another client arrived. Sadly not the experience I was hoping for. Will not be going back.

The salon was a little dated and some of the equipment was not as new as it could have been. Misha was really lovely though and seemed to know what she was talking about. She consulted me about my skin quite thoroughly and even gave me a complimentary arm and shoulder massage.

The lady was lovely but the facility isn't very clean and took forever to do the treatment. Really too long, I guess cause she also left me at some point to go and get some money from a customer leaving the wax going cold on my leg... Finally they used a moisture on bikini area who burnt real bad and gave me a horrible irritation - this has never happened to me in 15 years of waxing. Definitely never going back there
