The staff were nice but the woman was eating lunch and then didn't wash her hands before my treatment.

Tiku was very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The neck, shoulder and head massage was very good. Tiku has strong hands so it's a treat for those who like deep tissue, she massaged the knots out of my neck - it was just what I needed after a long week at work. I only wish Tiku had told me I was lying on the wrong side of the bed as I didn't realise there was a hole for my head on the other side. Oh well, I'll know for next time!
