Arrived and venue was shut. Nobody answered the phone. Even after having a confirmation of the appointment on email. And despite leaving a voicemail, nobody returned my call to apologies. Shocking! I’m 6 months pregnant and walked 30 minutes from work to get there. Unreliable. I won’t be using House of Wax or using Treatwell again.
