The actual result was fine and thorough however the staff member that did this treatment was rude, barely said hello and said nothing through entire treatment, she went over the same area so many times it felt like it was burning my skin. Very expensive treatment didn’t seem worth it

The wax was very good and the lady doing the treatment was very pleasant however the time booked on this app and the time on the ministry of wax system didn’t tally and the receptionist was exceptionally unpleasant and unhelpful when we turned up what she thought was 10 minutes late. I would go back but won’t expect a warm friendly welcome from reception and would warn others to check the time booked on Treatwell to the time ministry of wax allocate you!!

It was good. Then I had my eyebrows threaded there also and she has taken the skin off my eyelids.
