Good treatment, not much chat. I would prefer if the therapist lets me check I am happy with the treatment before leaving the room. Happy with the treatment overall though.

My wax therapist was Sam. Very knowledgable and thorough with the wax. They should look into removing the wax stains from the curtain and other surfaces etc.
