I was a little disappointed as I was 10 minutes away from the salon when they called me to say there will be a delay.
Apparently the therapist was running behind schedule for 2 hours. The receptionist offered me an appointment 2 hours later and promised a discount. Upon paying ( I have a package) the therapist said she was not informed of the promised discount for incontinence and she would have the other receptionist call me once she returned from her lunch. 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive a call.

The location was a bit hard to find, it's above a coffee shop. However, the service was quick, which is always a plus with bikini waxing

I regularly visit the Ministry of Waxing in Chelsea as the appointments are always on time and the beauticians are not only good but also nice and speedy. Theor various package deals they offer are good value too.
