I had upper lip wax. The quality of the wax and the treatment are very satisfactory. Unfortunately the staff is neither friendly nor empathetic at all, no smiling. Disappointing customer service.

Booked with a therapist I’d been waxed by the past 5 months but got someone different - wasn’t as thorough, and I had to strip wax the patches she’d missed when I got home... (I was heavily pregnant at the time so couldn’t properly see until I got home!)

The quickest wax I’ve ever had! Hadn’t been for a while so was fearing the worst and the pain BUT it was great! It’s true when they say it’s a painless wax! Booked a package and will be going back in a few weeks time!
