The wax itself was ok but I was 10 minutes late because you’re supposed to guess that they are located inside of a coffee shop on the top floor. If this is your first time going there - be aware of this The woman at the front desk felt the need to chastise me for this unavoidable lateness and the wax tech made me feel incredibly uncomfortable with the implication that they wouldn’t be able to do the full wax treatment. So it was an incredibly uncomfortable stressful experience. Definitely will not be returning.
