I have to say it was one of the best bikini waxes I’ve ever had! Serena was professional, efficient and no pain. Arta was extremely helpful and gave brilliant customer service! Will definitely be returning.

Really, really poor experience. Despite mentioning that my six week old son would be coming to the appointment and taking him with me to my patch test two days earlier, I turned up at my appointment as was told I couldn’t have my bikini line waxed or eye lashes dyed because he wasn’t allowed in the room with me. As a result I spent 2 hours travelling with a tiny baby and am going on holiday without having my bikini line waxed.
I’ve also been trying to get hold of MoW for 3 months about my laser package and no one has replied to my email and no one phoned me back as promised.
I’ve used MoW for 10 years but based on my recent experience I’m unlikely to go back.
