The therapist was very friendly. She checked which style I would prefer and did put makeup on afterwards to conceal the slight redness. The room was lovely and felt like a spa!

Terrible salon, I’ve never had something like this happen before. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment due to difficulty parking in the area and upon walking in I was told that I cannot have my treatment or a refund. Such a nasty attitude from the staff as well, I am new to Bristol and was trying to find a trustworthy salon in my area but it will definitely not be this one. Very disappointed.
