I recently had a Thalgo Discovery facial. The facial was amazing, the staff very knowledgeable and took time to explain about the products and the clinic was extremely clean! The only slight gripe I have is that I was left in the room to ‘relax’ with a face mask on for ‘10 minutes’ but the 10 minutes was at least 20 minutes! Perhaps I should have just ‘relaxed’ but I was thinking I had been forgotten and was planning how I should make them aware I was still there :-) Other than that, I would definitely recommend this beauty clinic and I will definitely be going back for more treatments!

The therapist was very friendly. She checked which style I would prefer and did put makeup on afterwards to conceal the slight redness. The room was lovely and felt like a spa!

Terrible salon, I’ve never had something like this happen before. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment due to difficulty parking in the area and upon walking in I was told that I cannot have my treatment or a refund. Such a nasty attitude from the staff as well, I am new to Bristol and was trying to find a trustworthy salon in my area but it will definitely not be this one. Very disappointed.
