I went to Ministry of Beauty this morning, and saw Vicky for a Brazilian bikini wax, and have now made this my new regular place. Vicky was absolutely fantastic; she was quick, and almost painless, and a lovely person to chat to during. The wax was incredibly thorough, and she checked my preferences with me to make sure that I had the exact wax that I wanted. I could not recommend her enough.

The venue and treatment room was one of the nicest I've been in. There was plenty of space, it felt calm and relaxing, it was clean and there was a lovely atmosphere created by the music. The beauty therapist was really lovely, we had a nice conversation and she did everything possible to make the experience as pain free as possible. She often checked in to see how I was finding with experience, for example asking if the temperature of the wax was okay and she gave some helpful advice for minimising irritation. I was also given a voucher for some money off my next booking which was great. I'll definitely be going back.
