Slightly frosty reception when I arrived, therapist at the desk did not offer a warm welcome. Also, only 2 seats in reception area (which were taken when I arrived so they wheeled in an old stool for me). I enjoyed the complimentary tea and magazines.
The massage was very good and the therapist was very friendly. The room was a little bit cold unfortunately and there was no heated blanket on the couch so I was very chilly by the end of the session. This would be easy to resolve though. Nice decor in the room and candles for lighting.
