Booked last minute appointment and had never visited before. Taken exactly on time and Yasmin was lovely, very polite and friendly. I've rebooked for another appointment, also excellent range of colours available in gel polish.

I arrived on time for my appointment, but was kept waiting for an extra 45/50 minutes, even though i had booked the time 2 days before. When it was my turn, the atmosphere was awful. The technician, was so rude. She said hello without a smile, and apart from asking me what colour i wanted, she didnt speak at all. When i told her the design i wanted, she looked at me as if i was putting her out. My nails were nice, but not worth the wait, or the attitude. I definitely won't go back.
