Was supposed to have an appointment with Joseph, but he had just started on someone else and flat out said he would be a while. Despite pre-booking, I was made to feel an inconvenience for turning up on time for my appointment. Another member of staff did my nails, but this in turn caused a delay to her following customer. Despite this, they were still taking walk in appointments. Can’t deny my nails are looking good, but the hassle and being made to feel uncomfortable wasn’t worth it.

Always love coming to the salon. Today was especially fun with Joseph, he is down to earth and is able to get along with others, do his job whilst having fun. Also made a recommendation for a glitter nail (which I never do) and I love it…Eyebrows are always on point and my favourite place to go.
