Terrible. I paid for a cut and blow dry, actually got a dry cut and quick straighten. The stylist looked angry and didn’t speak to me for the full cut. I had my ends cut last week elsewhere but decided I wanted layers so showed a picture. I’ve lost half my length despite saying I didn’t want anything off the bottom, she pulled my hair back so I didn’t realise what was coming off. I’m absolutely devastated and lastly, I was told I hadn’t paid although I had. Eventually she agree with me.
