lovely staff,everything is so clean warm welcome and possitive atmosphere, professionals .i really love this venue .the blow dry was amazing and i really like the staff
First time I cut my hair there. the girl who cut my hair came from the branch in newham, if I am not mistaken; but surely she worked in another branch. Everything was perfect, but when she was finishing up my cut, I think she cut the rights front side a bit too much. I did not pay attention to it immediately, as I thought that maybe it was the way she had styled it. But when I washed it myself the first time, I realised that the front side had two different lenght and it doesn't look nice at all. I thought it could get better with time, but now, after a month or so, I know that I definitely need a new haircut to fix it.
I'm a bit upset, as the other services they provide are great!!
I will definitely go there again, but not for a cut, for sure. :(

The lady who waxed was really friendly and attentive, I appreciated the extra care she gave me to make sure everything was spot on, especially explaining a few things about the waxing process I did not know.

I've just left a Hollywood wax with Sona and I had to comment straight away. Sona is not only fantastic at her job but she is also so friendly, polite and accommodating. I've never had such a thorough wax in my life! She was so attentive and reassuring. I am beyond pleased with the results and would 100% recommend Sona to anyone. She is London's best kept beauty secret!
