It was great util I was asked to fill in this questionnaire which would not let me finish until I put words in here.
So it was a hair cut it did what it said on the box Louise was very pleasant i.e. everything as covered by all the previous tick boxes. so this extra compulsory bit is both annoying and time wasting

I didn't really know what I wanted, but Louise gave me some options, and talked me through everything she was doing, checking that I was happy along the way. Top level of service in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. 10 out of 10
