I was using this salon for the first time after having the same hairdressers for 5yrs who had moved away. I had tried 2 or 3 other stylist / salons without success. I was therefore apprehensive that another stylist would not give me an almost identical cut. Louise was keen to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Her patience and expertise paid off. I was really happy with the cut and hope I can be a client for many years to come.
