I booked two pedicures of 45 minutes. My daughter got her 45 minutes very thorough treatment.
The lady that was doing mine, I believe her name is Emily. Rushed through mine, got up about 10 times, doing other treatments, getting payments, answering the phone and making phone calls whilst she should have been doing my nails. Barely dealt with my cuticles.
And then had the audacity of arguing with me and telling v me that we got the same treatment.
If you are too busy don’t take bookings!

Firstly, I had to wait about 30 mins to be seen although i’d booked online. Secondly, the design which they said they could do, they ended up having no idea how to do at the last second. Thirdly, the infills i got were done horribly underneath. it was messy and I had to go back the next day. On the day I came back, I was laughed at by all the staff when I explained what was wrong. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
