The service here was so poor. The lady that did my gel pedicure did not seem very experienced?!…the next day, the colour started to separate, I called in and I expected them to be apologetic but instead I was interrogated and made to feel like I was inconveniencing them! They did fix the issue but no offer of future discount, no sorry, just fixed it and that was it like I didn’t have to spend extra valuable time coming back! I would definitely not be going back because the service was seriously

Absolutely terrible experience!! I informed the salon I was running a few mins late (25 mins before my appointment) to which she responded “no problem”. Once I got there I wasn’t seeing to for 25 minutes. There were also other customers complaining about poor timing. When asked when I can start my pedicure the response was “not sure” and I chose to leave as I refused to wait any longer. A refund was requested and was rudely declined - she even hung up on me.
