Terrible experience with one of the nail technicians but was then recrified with a lovely gesture by the owner/manager, who is truely a wonderful person.

I've had a pedicure and manicure—both gel. While the pedicure was pretty good, I was a bit shocked by the manicure. They don't work on cuticula at all, just quick machine polish and then covering the gel.
