At first nails looked fine, once i went home the shellac formed bubbles and started peeling, the worst thing is im going on holiday and when i called them to ask for a partial refund, they started shouting saying i was taking too much of their time and they will not do anything apart from 30% discount. Now i have to go on my holiday today with these horrible nails. I am so sad and the lady was so rude and not listening to my concerns. Instead she kept speaking over me! I would never go back!

Didn’t receive any treatment as waited 25 minutes past my appointment time but given no explanation of why my appointment was late or when I would actually be seen with numerous people in front of me.
They obviously take clients off the street with no care for clients that have booked an appointment. Very poor customer care. Would never go back.
