Mikki did a great job as always!
She is knowledgeable and she cares about her clients. We spoke about the different advantages of hot wax vs strip wax on various parts of the body/hair types. She assessed my individual needs & wasn't afraid to encourage me to try strip wax on certain areas in future (despite it being the less expensive option) and also explained why hot wax is better for other areas / hair. She is very friendly - made me feel comfortable during the "intimate" part of the wax.
