I have been so happy with my hair since coming to Michelle Louise. They suggested some gorgeous blonde highlights which I was nervous about but now I love! Really beautiful salon and super welcoming staff. Next visit soon - might try a fringe : )
I first went to Michelle Louise in Balham after I had dyed my hair using several box dyes which turned it a very uneven red. It was a mess. A serious mess.
I spoke to Laura about going lighter - blonde! We both agreed it was going to be a long process to correct the red and go to the light blonde that I dreamed of. I really appreciated the honesty as I didn't want to rush going blonde if it meant ruining my hair.
After the first colour it had lifted amazingly! It was much more even and a light brown/blonde and still in great condition.
After the second set of highlights it had lifted completely. Laura had done a fantastic job! I couldn't have been more pleased!
I've since been continuing to go to Michelle Louise for around a year - I can't recommend this salon enough.
All the staff are friendly and really listen to what you want.
A massive thanks to everyone there and especially Laura who has made my hair happy!
I went to Michelle Louise this Saturday, I had my colour done and hair cut. My hair looks horrible now, it looks like a broom. My whites are not properly cover, at some parts my hair looks orange. My hair is damage and the colour is terrible. I have to go to another hair dresser and to try recover it. Not a nice experience at all. The lady was very nice but...
I don’t usually write reviews but this experience needs to be shared! I came in today with Laura and had the most amazing full head of highlights and cut and blow dry! Bright blonde and tightly packed highlights! Laura took her time with me to discuss different options and I’m so glad we went with her opinion! I’ve already booked in my next set in 8 weeks! Thank you Laura for the amazing job you’ve done!💃🏼👌🏼
I went to Michelle Louise today for the very first time . I’m very pleased to say that the hair cut & customer service that I received was absolutely outstanding and that I will be definitely,definitely going back .
I was totally shocked and pleasantly surprised at how good I was looked after and that nothing seemed to be to much trouble!
Well done Michelle Louise you have got yourselfs a new regular client.
